But there’s no denying it, I’m a large part chronic procrastinator who has a tough time making decisions. That’s why I thought I could put my skills in these areas to use and help you out with finding some interesting pastimes, thrilling games to play and give you a place to just scroll through and look at pictures.
As a result of procrastinating, I have amassed a multitude of interests, so here are just a few hobbies, musical artists, movies and games that I adore to bits:
- Hobbies: Sketching, Origami & Paper craft, Crocheting, Reading Comics & Manga
- Music: Seekae, Odesza, Porter Robinson, Madeon, Daft Punk
- Movies: Star Wars (VI is best, lets be honest), Big Hero 6, When Harry Met Sally, Bourne Trilogy
- Games: Limbo, Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery, Year Walk, Fez
I post articles once a week –
Thur/Fri: Sketch Weekly
See you then!

Thankyou very much for the compliment and stopping past my blog. As I am studying a maths based degree, I did find it really interesting that you might have been able to pick up on some of that coming through my work too.

I studied engineering then worked as an engineer – but I draw, paint, and write…so when I visited your blog, I could immediately sense it 🙂

Hi Sam,
Thank you for checking out my blog. How cool you are Australian. I am an Australian living in the US. I used to live in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast. I also worked in Financials. Math and art compliment each other!

I really love your pen and ink work. I wanted to be a cartoonist a half century ago and mastering the rapidiograph pen seemed like the thing to do. Now, of course, they don’t make such a thing any more and modern artists have not even heard of it. But it controlled the line width with a special setting. I see in your work the ability to adjust that intuitively. I believe you have great things ahead of you. Keep on whipping that pen around the drawing board!

Thankyou very much, your words really mean a lot to me. I love the control technical pens give in line weight (I’m also studying engineering so the importance of line weights crop up all the time there too). I’ll definitely have to look into rapidiograph pens, they sound pretty interesting in operation and application!

As far as I know, they don’t make them any more.
