Analogue photography and film development is something I’ve been interested in for a while now. I think a lot of the appeal to the medium (for me at least) comes from its finiteness and the importance placed on each shot; you can’t just take a photo and immediately see if you’re happy with it it, then take endless more photos in the event that you aren’t.
However, convincing my housemates that we should set up a dark room may be a little bit tricky.
I agree, the effect of not having infintie shots does have it’s charm. What I like the most about analogue photos is how the very ligiht gets burned in, instead of making a replica of pixels. The image is real.

Exactly! You also don’t get the fun of manually advancing the film to take the next shot or rewinding it when you’re done
