Just scraping in for the first day on Inktober (at least by Australian time)! Here is my latest minicomic; have a read and let me know what you think.
I’ll be doing my best to keep up with Inktober, but it’s the end of semester, so I have a shittonne of assessment I need to get through over the next 2 weeks. Really looking forward to seeing what other people produce for it though, as (if you hadn’t already guessed), ink is my favourite medium.
Wow, disturbing. But pretty cool style!

Thanks for that! Yeah, it turned out a little darker than what I first planned, but I find that minicomics like this are a good medium to tell these less conventional stories.

Hi, thanks for reading and taking the time to comment, I really appreciate it.
As far as Inktober goes, it’s a yearly event held in, you guessed it, October. Pretty much, it gives artist an opportunity/more motivation to improve their inking skills over the course of the month. It’s my first year hearing about it too, so don’t feel left out! Even if you don’t have the time to do a sketch everyday, it’s still an interesting event to get behind and hone your skills.

Despair, guilt and depression? I like the story. I can see myself in it.

Thanks Brian, yeah, it’s definitely a sobering story, that’s for sure. Art, I find, is a really great way to release some raw emotion

Very well drawn, but also very dark. Although, I must say, the darkness in this comic seems typical in many indie comics.
